Copyright Infringement

What do you about that? A Chinese company purchased 1 of my bonnets a while back, decided to mass produce the bonnets, but stole the image that I use for my online store to display what the bonnet looks like. The pattern is not mine, but the image of the bonnet is. I tried reporting it to the online store that the company is using, but for some reason, my complaint won't go through (hmmm go figure). Does anyone know what I should do about this? I want to thank one of my loyal customers for bringing this to my attention.
