This is my latest finished project from a vintage pattern that can be found here: www.knitting-crochet.com/crochet/lacdre.html. I made some alterations to fit my customer's beautiful daughter. Tell me what you think?

Following a Passion
I've been so grouchy lately and at first I couldn't figure out why. I thought, well at this point in my life, I am happy being single, so it couldn't be that. I hate my job. I'm an MT, and the money is beginning to really suck, and I'm totally bored working from home, and I hate my job. I wish I could do my true love and that is crochet. Is there anyone out there that has managed to make a living out of crocheting and if so, how did you do it? I would love to hear from those who have made a successful living out of following passion, other than crocheting. Let's hear what you did and what advice would you give. Write back before I get too depressed.

Crochet Baby Bloomers/Panties
One of my customers, who is a photographer and works with a lot of babies, wanted me to design a pair of bloomers to match the bonnets that I make for newborns. Here is the result. I'm going to add this to my line of baby clothes, but will probably make the bloomers "balloon" a bit more. Wht do you think?

Too Hot to Trot!
Two posts in one day? Why goodness me! Just wanted to share 2 hot pads that I created using the tunisian crochet stitch, my favorite stitch. Hot pads are great for protecting your counters, tables and you, from hot pots and cooking dishes. They also make great kitchen decorations if you become creative with the designs.
